One Dead, 4 Injured Including 2 Children In Baltimore Shooting, Crash

  • Baltimore City Police on Sunday morning said a man standing on the street was shot and he died at a hospital and another man standing on the street was shot and is in stable condition.
  • Police said a woman driving a car down the street on which the shooting occurred was critically injured from a gunshot wound and crashed into a pole.
  • Two children in the car – a 3-year-old boy and 2-month-old boy – each suffered critical injuries.
  • Whether the incident is a mass shooting depends on the definition: The FBI doesn’t have a mass shooting definition but defines “mass murder” as an incident ion which four or more people are killed, which can include gun violence, while USA TODAY defines a mass shooting as an incident in which at least four people are hit with gunfire, even if there are no fatalities.
