  • The 33-year-old was a United Airlines flight during which he was allegedly seen tried to tamper with the emergency exit door.
  • A flight attendant reportedly returned the door to its locked position but Torres later approached the same door as two flight attendants stood near it, then “allegedly thrust towards one of the flight attendants in a stabbing motion with a broken metal spoon, hitting the flight attendant on the neck area three times,” a Massachusetts prosecutor’s office said.
