- PBS has announced that it is launching a massive programming effort to create documentaries and educational programming centered on climate change.
- “As we’ve seen in California over this last week, perhaps nothing is a greater threat than our changing climate, and so we’re called to act,” said PBS President and CEO Paula Kerger.
- The upcoming programming will add to the more than 200 hours of climate focused programming already available on PBS streaming platforms.
