- President Liz Magill resigned several days after she failed in congressional testimony that calls for homicide against Jews in against university policy.
- At about the same time Saturday night, Bok released a statement that read:
- In a statement obtained by ABC News, Bok said, “Today, following the resignation of the University of Pennsylvania’s President and related Board of Trustee meetings, I submitted my resignation as Chair of the University’s Board of Trustees, effective immediately.”
