  • More than 180,000 inactive voters have been removed from Pennsylvania’s voter rolls as the result of the settled of an election-integrity lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch in 2020.
  • Judicial Watch had alleged that Pennsylvania counties hadn’t maintained the registrations roll in violations of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
