• The police arrested Edwin Padilla, 34, after finding drugs and firearms in a vehicle near the home.
• Upon entering the home, they also found 29 illegal migrants living in dire conditions. Police said some of the migrants were weak and malnourished, barely consuming enough food and water to stay alive.
