• A white van was reportedly spotted at the crime scene in Monterey Park, about 1o miles east of Los Angeles.
• The vehicle surrounded by law enforcement was found in  the city of Torrance, about 30 miles southwest  of the crime scene.
• After the van was surrounded, police found the driver dead in the vehicle. They reportedly heard a gun shot upon coming to contact with the vehicle.
• Ten people were killed in the mass shooting in Monterey Park on Saturday night, and 10 others were injured.
