• A poll by The Trafalgar Group of 1,080 likely voters found that nearly 70% of those polled believe Democrats have not made an effective case to gain their votes.
• 50.2% of voters thought Republicans will take control of the House and Senate, compared to 30.3% who predicted a split, and 19.5% who think Democrats will retain their control.
• 84.5% of Republican voters believe Republicans will control both chambers after the November 8th election.
