- MGA Entertainment is facing a $10 million lawsuit by music publishing company BMG for marketing its pooping unicorn toys with a parody of a popular song.
- To advertise Poopsie Slime Surprise — its line of dancing toy unicorns that ‘poop’ sparkling slime — MGA put out an ad featuring animated unicorns singing and dancing to a song called “My Poops.”
- Will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas, and said the song was stolen from the group’s hit single, “My Humps,” according to TMZ. He claims neither he nor BMG authorized MGA to use the song as part of their advertising campaign.
