• Failed GA Gubernatorial Candidate Stacey Abrams race brought in a record-setting $103M, but spent lavishly on wasteful expenditures that have left the campaign $1M in debt.
• The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the Abrams campaign paid for an underutilized “hype house” for TikTok videos, which went underutilized and now rents for $12,500 per month. There was also a “swag truck” to give away campaign-oriented clothing that staffers described as “careless.”
• “It’s incredibly bad planning, and it shows where their values are at. You can’t look up one day and realize you can’t pay the bills,” a senior Democratic official told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
