• 24-year-old illegal alien Efrain Jimenez Lopez has been charged in the early November drunk driving crash that killed a 6-month-old boy in Michigan.
• Lopez was previously deported in 2019 when he illegally crossed the Mexican border in California. He returned, and made his way to Michigan, where he rear-ended a car while the child’s mother was driving.
• ICE officials say he will be arrested and deported once returned to their custody from local police.
