A retired Australian couple has embarked on an extraordinary adventure, capturing the maritime spotlight by spending nearly 500 days voyaging around the world through the booking of 51 consecutive cruises.
Marty and Jess Ansen commenced their first cruise on June 16, 2022, following a lengthy period of stringent COVID-19 lockdowns in Australia. Since then, they have continued their seafaring journey without pause, totaling 51 voyages to date.
Remarkably, these great-grandparents have chosen to make Princess Cruises’ Coral Princess their maritime home for over 450 days, surpassing the duration of most of the ship’s crew members, including the captains. Their ambitious plan is to remain onboard the ship for a staggering two years.
