  • Bipartisan legislation to ban TikTok in the United States is gaining momentum in Congress, particularly after a Chinese spy balloon invaded U.S. airspace.
  • Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) initially introduced the legislation in December and reintroduced it this month with bipartisan support.
  • Sen. Angus King (I-Maine) joined those supporting the “ANTI-SOCIAL CCP Act” in the Senate on February 10.
