Three former member of the "Rust' film crew have filed a lawsuit against actor-producer Alec Baldwin, the Rust Movie Productions LLC and El Dorado Pictures, claiming negligence and intentional infliction of emotional stress.

  • The suit was brought by crew members Ross Addiego, Doran Curtin and Reese Price, who are seeking damages for their injuries in the fatal shooting on Oct. 21, 2021, on the “Rust” movie set in New Mexico.
  • Addiego was a dolly operator, Curtin was a set costumer and Price was responsible for non-electric support gear and directing the rigging department on set, according to the lawsuit.
  • All three were contractors.
  • The film’s director of photography, Halyna Hutchins, was fatally shot from a projectile from a prop gun that was in Baldwin’s hand when it fired.
