• Black and White and The Pick-Up Artist director James Toback has been sued by 38 women who accuse the prolific Hollywood director of being a “serial sexual predator.”
• The civil lawsuit alleges Toback blocked women who tried to escape before sexually assaulting them, and names New York City’s Harvard Club as a co-defendant, alleging it was a favorite location of Toback’s to prey on women.
• Toback had previously faced charges of sexual misconduct in 2017 during the peak of the #MeToo era.
