- Thomas Whitaker, who goes by the Native American name Raven Crowfoot, was nominated for a seat on the King County Regional Homelessness Authority.
- After the nomination was approved, one of the board members put it on the record that she was one of Whitaker’s victims. “We have a code of ethics on this board and Thomas Whitaker Raven Crowfoot is a sex offender, a repeat sex offender and I have had a bad experience with him,” she said.
