- A civil suit filed against Nike alleges a ‘boys club’ culture in which male executives preyed on female subordinates, propositioned them for sex, and made constant sexual innuendoes and comments about their bodies.
- The New York Post did a deep dive into the recently unsealed complaint which was filed in Oregon in 2018, and found a woman reported being told by male workers to “be sexier” among other offensive comments, and another reported walking in on a male executive receiving oral sex from a lower-level female employee in the company gym.
- Nike has yet to comment on the suit.
