• China has developed a habit of cavalierly letting large rocket fall arbitrarily to Earth.
• On Friday a Chinese rocket plummeted into the south-central Pacific Ocean, prompting Spain to close airspace over Catalonia and three other regions, causing hundreds of flight delays.
• This was China’s fourth uncontrolled re-entry since 2020.
