Teacher Allegedly Sent 15-Year-Old Student Hundreds Of ‘Smutty’ Text Messages

- A teacher at South Decatur High School in Greensburg, Indiana, has reportedly been charged with stalking after she allegedly sent a 15-year-old student a barrage of inappropriate text messages.
- Paige Simon, 28, allegedly sent over 600 messages to a teenage student, with some including “lewd and smutty jokes and memes,” local news outlet FOX59 reported Monday. Police were first notified of the alleged inappropriate conduct in April.
- Simon texted the student mainly between the hours of 9 p.m. and midnight, the Greensburg Daily News reported, citing the Decatur County Sheriff’s Department. She has been charged with stalking, official misconduct and battery, according to WRTV.
