Teen Stabbed In Los Angeles During Protest Over Trump’s Immigration Policies

A teen was stabbed and another was taken into custody during a student protest in Los Angeles against President Donald Trump‘s immigration policies. The incident occurred on the sixth day of protests, highlighting tensions over the administration’s strict immigration measures.

The protest, primarily involving high school students, began on Friday morning with groups converging on Los Angeles City Hall before marching through the streets and gathering in Grand Park.

The Los Angeles Police Department reported that the stabbing took place around 1:30 p.m. on Friday near Spring Street in downtown LA. According to authorities, a scuffle broke out, leading to one person, being stabbed. Officials identified the victim as a 17-year-old boy. He is in the hospital in critical condition.

The LAPD declared the remaining protesters involved in an unlawful assembly and ordered them to disperse. The protesters eventually left the area, with some later gathering on the Sixth Street Bridge. Spring Street was closed in front of City Hall and Grand Park for a police investigation.
