- Coe says the men appear to wearing camouflage and carrying backpacks, based on video from cameras placed throughout his county that also has been independently reviewed by The Center Square news agency
- The sheriff also says may of then men entering are armed and dangerous, committing robberies and engaging in shootouts with law enforcement.
