Theranos’ Holmes Gets 11 Years For Defrauding Investors

  • Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes has been sentenced to 11.25 in prison for defrauding investors out of millions of dollars.
  • Holmes, 38, is pregnant with her second child in two years. She has been ordered to surrender on April 27.
  • Holmes told the court: ‘I stand before you taking responsibility for Theranos. I loved Theranos. It was my life’s work.’
