A day after President Biden’s surprise trip to Kyiv to buck up Ukraine in its war with Russia, Vladimir Putin addressed the one year anniversary of his invasion. Spinning wildly, the Kremlin leader blamed the West and NATO for the war and even suggested that we started it. And in a scary signal, he suspended a nuclear arms treaty with Washington.
