A TOURIST has died after he completed the world’s highest bungee jump.
The shock death came after the 56-year-old thrill-seeker took the terrifying 764ft plunge from the Macau Tower in the Municipality of Macau.
The Japanese man began to experience shortness of breath just hours after the leap at 4.30PM on December 3rd and later stopped breathing.
He was taken to the Conde S. Januario Hospital for emergency treatment but was later pronounced dead.
Hong Kong news outlet, HK01, reported that the man had no superficial injuries on his body.
Skypark by AJ Hackett, who operate the bungee jump and other activities at Macau Tower, states on its website that clients should disclose any medical conditions they might have to its staff before taking part in any of its activities.BACK TO HOMEPAGE
