  • Rail service to and from Penn Station New York has been reinstated, albeit with one-hour delays, following a brief disruption on Tuesday.
  • The interruption occurred in the morning due to what authorities described as a “minor slow-speed derailment” near the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel.
  • As a temporary measure, transit officials have diverted Midtown direct service to Hoboken until the situation is fully resolved.
