- The “Trans Day of Vengeance” rally that was planned for Saturday in Washington, D.C. has been canceled because of a “credible threat to life and safety,” the organizers said.
- The cancellation comes after a transgender individual, Audrey Hale, murdered six people, including three 9-year-old children, at a Christian elementary school in Tennessee earlier this week.
- The Trans Radical Activist Network said they plan to organize “another protest with a better theme” in the near future.
