• Donald Trump has called Joe Biden the “most corrupt president in history” as he accused him of releasing immigrants from mental asylums ahead of the commander-in-chief’s expected campaign launch.
• Trump, in an angry statement, accused Mr Biden of leading the US “to the very brink of World War Three” and claimed that the southern border had been “abolished” during his tenure.
• “What’s happening now is beyond belief,” he said.
