U.S. Military Expands Training In Germany Of Ukrainian Troops

  • On Sunday, the U.S. military started to expand combat training of Ukrainian troops in Germany.
  • In the coming weeks, around 500 soldiers will participate in the “combined arms” program before heading back to Ukraine.
  • General Mark Milley, chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that the large-scale training, as well as new weaponry, will be critical in Ukraine’s effort to regain territory seized by Russia.
