Judge Nays Biden Argument On Need To Parole Migrants Into US: ‘Chicken Little Arguments’

  • Calling the Biden Department of Homeland Security’s argument “borderline frivolous,” U.S. District Court Judge T. Kent Wetherell II rejected the Biden administration call for an emergency stay of a ruling barring it from allowing illegal aliens into the country without trial dates.
  • Judge Wetherell belittled the administration’s “Chicken Little arguments about the impact of it not being able to (mis)use ‘parole’ under either policy as a processing tool for the surge of aliens.”
  • This week, Border Patrol agents encountered over 10,000 migrants on multiple days, and there were more than 25,000 in custody as of Friday morning.
