A Venezuelan man is accused of grabbing a federal agent’s handgun when the agent was trying to arrest him during an immigration sweep in Macomb County.
Arnoldo Jose Marquez-Pulido is charged with one count each of assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers or employees and alien in possession of a firearm, in a criminal complaint filed Tuesday, March 10, in U.S. District Court in Detroit.
