- Nine scientists who are members of “Scientific Rebellion” thought it would be a good idea to glue themselves to the floor of a Volkswagen facility in Germany to protest climate change.
- The protesters said VW respected their right to protest, but didn’t give them “a bowl to urinate and defecate in a decent manner while we are glued.”
- At day’s end, VW turned off the lights and heat and didn’t arrange any food for the scientists.
