- The disturbing video showed the female sergeant getting out of her cruiser and slowly approaching the three men – but not intervening.
- Soon after she arrived, the victim fell to the ground, where he repeatedly was kicked in the head.
- The sergeant led one of the brothers toward her cruiser, but watched as the other brother kept kicking the victim.
- The brothers were arrested and charged with felony assault. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.
- The sergeant has not yet faced any disciplinary action.
