WATCH: Female NYC Cop Doesn’t Intervene As 2 Brothers Pummel Victim

• A female New York City cop by and watched as two brothers pummeled a man and repeatedly kicked him in the head in an attack in Yonkers Oct. 26.
• The disturbing video showed the female sergeant getting out of her cruiser and slowly approaching the three men – but not intervening.
• Soon after she arrived, the victim fell to the ground, where he repeatedly was kicked in the head.
• The sergeant led one of the brothers toward her cruiser, but watched as the other brother kept kicking the victim.
• The brothers were arrested and charged with felony assault. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.
• The sergeant has not yet faced any disciplinary action.
