• Russia-gate was good to The Washington Post and New York Times, which won Pulitzers for reporting on collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016.
• Trouble is, the stories were wrong. First we had the Mueller report stating that there was no collusion, and now we have John Durham’s report documenting the conspiracy between Hillary Clinton’s campaign, the intelligence community and the Obama Administration to block Trump’s election.
• So the Post and Times plan to give back their Pulitzers, right? Yeah, not so much. “The Post stands by its reporting,” a Washington Post spokeswoman said.
