If you’ve been thinking that President Joe Biden, now 80, doesn’t seem to be in command of his faculties, you’re not alone.

Rasmussen Reports surveyed 1,117 likely voters in recent days, in a poll that has a 95% level of confidence.

Rasmussen found that 73% of likely voters view Biden’s age as a serious problems entering the 2024 presidential campaign. In addition, 55% said “others are making decisions for him behind the scenes,” while just 38 percent said the president is “really doing” his job.

That led Rasmussen to tweet: “For the first time, a majority of U.S. voters say Joe Biden isn’t in the driver’s seat.”
