• The footage appears to include J6 mystery man Ray Epps standing on a tower at the Capitol, hold a Trump flag in one hand and a cellphone in the other.
• Epps, of course, encouraged protesters to enter the Capitol, but the Department of Justice seems oddly uninterested in prosecuting him, despite their nationwide manhunt for Trump supporter who came within shouting distance of the Capitol on J6.
