Woman Fatally Stabs Man On NYC Bus, City’s 3rd Transit Killing In October

A 42-year-old Bronx woman has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing Sunday evening on a transit bus in the Bronx.

  • The victim in the attack has been identified as 55-year-old Lamont Barkley.
  • The incident began when Barkley allegedly got into an argument with a woman and another passenger.
  • Suspects stabbing Barkley multiple times in the torso, police said
  • Ebony Jackson, 42, of the Bronx was arrested Monday on charges of murder and manslaughter in the case.
  • Last week, three people were stabbed, one fatally, in separate subway attacks in New York City.
  • The stabbings follow a deadly subway stabbing in September.
