- Morrisey wants the Supreme Court to dissolve a lower-court injunction that prevented the state from implementing the Hope Scholarship school-choice program.
- The program allows parents in the program to receive up to $4,600 annually through the fund.
- Morrisey: “Parents and children deserve the chance to enjoy the opportunities the Hope Scholarship Act offers.” Morrisey said in the brief.
