- An Aspen business owner, Todd Gardner, has alleged on video that he blackmailed Frisch to change his vote on a multimillion-dollar transportation project.
- Gardner has provided evidence that he was able to do that because he could prove that Frisch was carrying on an affair in a rented storage unit.
