- Frank Allison, 43, fired his Sig Sauer .45-caliber handgun at the car driven by William Hale, 35. A shot fired by Allison struck Hale’s 5-year-old daughter in the leg.
- Hale responded by pulling alongside Allison’s car and emptying his Glock clip into Allison’s vehicle, striking Allison’s 14-year-old daughter in the back and causing her to suffer a collapsed lung.
