- She filed, then later withdrew, criminal charges that toppled the sitting governor of Missouri.
- Gardner alleged Greitens, who was married at the time, used a compromising cell phone photo to extort Katrina Sneed, with whom he had an extramarital affair. Greitens acknowledged the affair, but denied the criminal charges.
