- GOP leaders in the House are planning a Church-style investigation of the FBI when they take control of the chamber in January.
- There are no shortage of issues to probe at the FBI, including: collusion with Big Tech on censorship; a bungled investigation that left Olympic athletes at risk of sexual abuse; phony surveillance warrants; and politicization of sensitive probes.
- “We’ve got to get to the very bottom, and I think just subpoenas are starting, but you’re almost going to have to have a Church-style investigation to reform the FBI, the more that we are learning,” McCarthy told Fox News earlier this week.
