- A 30-year-old Councilwoman from New Jersey was shot and killed outside of her home earlier this week.
- “Eunice Dwumfour, 30, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds after her white Nissan SUV crashed near the Camelot at La Mer apartment complex in Sayreville, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed Thursday morning,” reports the New York Post.
- The shooting appears to be a targeted hit. “I send my condolences to Councilwoman Dwumfour’s family and friends, her governing body colleagues, and the entire Sayreville community,” said New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy in a statement.
