• NBA guard Bryn Forbes, who has been in the league since 2016, was arrested in San Antonio Wednesday after allegedly striking a woman “several times.”
• “Forbes, 29, is accused of striking his girlfriend after the two allegedly had an argument that turned physical. Cops arrived to the scene, where the woman told them that Forbes caused “injury and pain” when he struck her. Forbes was arrested a short time later at 5 a.m., and remained in custody as of Wednesday afternoon,” reports the New York Post.
• Forbes, a 29-year-old father of two, played seven seasons in the NBA after going undrafted in 2016. He played at Cleveland State and Michigan State before the NBA.
