• More than sixty percent of workers say they’d rather have a four-day workweek than the traditional five, a Monster survey found.
• Thirty-three percent of survey respondents said they would quit their current job for one with a shortened week.
• That’s a “significant” share, according to Vicki Salemi, career expert at Monster.
• Salemi added that the results indicate a shift in how workers prioritize their time on and off the clock.
