• Two Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies were shot while helping execute a federal search warrant at a Clifton Park residence early Tuesday.
• Anthony Zaremski, 23, also was shot by police who were entering the residence.
• A law enforcement source said that one Saratoga County sheriff’s deputy was shot in the leg and seriously wounded. A second deputy was shot in the chest but was apparently wearing protective gear. The suspect was shot in the head. It’s unclear whether he will survive his injuries. He also may be a suspect in an Albany shooting, according to a law enforcement source talking to the Times-Union.
