- The Daily Wire posted the groundbreaking, 90-minute documentary starring Matt Walsh on Twitter Thursday night to mark the one-year anniversary of its release. But while the billionaire tech mogul was in China, the people running the platform he bought for $44 billion last November were threatening to brand the documentary as “hate speech” and to restrict its visibility because of two instances of supposed “misgendering.” Once apprised of the situation, Musk insisted that it had been a mistake, but when the film went live, it was saddled with restrictions.
