Actor’s Dead Body Found Inside Buried Trunk

The body of Jefferson Machado, a soap-opera actor who had been missing for nearly five months, has been discovered in a trunk outside a residence in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The actor’s demise was confirmed through a post on his Instagram page by Cintia Hilsendeger, a family friend.

In the heart-wrenching post, Hilsendeger wrote, “It is with deep sadness that we inform you that Jeff was found dead on 05/22/2023.”

According to G1, authorities revealed that the 44-year-old actor’s body was found bound and placed inside a wooden chest. The chest had been embedded in concrete and buried six feet deep in the backyard of a house located in the Campo Grande neighborhood.
