A black Oklahoma man with a racially motivated hate crime after fatally shooting two white strangers in the back of the head in Tulsa.
Carlton Gilford, is accused of shooting a man in the back of the head at a library, and later, shooting James McDaniel, 55, twice in the back of the head at a nearby convenience store, killing both of them.
The Tulsa Police Department confirmed that Gilford had no connection to the victims and allegedly shot and killed them on April 18.
