There’s playgrounds, businesses, restaurants, and there’s also train tracks that run through the center of town. And on that train track there was a massive derailment.
• Conservative have made a rally point out the what they considered the Biden administration’s inadequate response the derailment earlier this month, in which toxic chemicals including vinyl chloride leaked from the train, then was syphoned off and sent into the air in a cloud, to avoid an explosion.
• There have been reports of death fish and animals, as a result, and concerns about a short- and long-term HAZMAT situation by so far no deaths have been reported.
