Ernie Lynn, the son of late country music legend Loretta Lynn, is in need of prayers again.
Lynn made headlines early in the year when the family asked fans to pray as he faced a “critical surgery” in his battle against kidney failure. And, initially, things were not looking good for the 69-year-old before he made a miraculous turn for the better, according to a social media post from his wife, Crystal Lynn.
“I have no explanation for it other than GOD,” she wrote on Facebook. “One day we can’t get a successful dialyzation … (3 weeks total). The next day we can. One day we’re facing more serious circumstances. The next day we’re not. One day we’re not certain what the future holds. The next day, we have confidence that the future is bright.
“God can do what we cannot, and HE has done it!!!”
Ernie and Crystal have kept family, friends and fans updated via social media since then, and he seemed to have been doing well, even going out for a motorcycle ride.
The medical updates became few.
